What Comes With My Bunny?

All of our rabbits are in good health when they leave our Rabbitry. We take extra care to ensure they are in the optimal condition. Our reputation shows this to be the case. Not only are we hypervigilant on a daily basis but we do preventative treatments for worms, coccidia, & mites before our babies leave for their new homes.  
We are pleased to introduce our new one-year health guarantee, designed to provide added assurance to our valued customers. Please note that this guarantee specifically covers instances of death resulting from genetic issues. It is important to understand that certain conditions, including but not limited to Bloat, G.I. Stasis, Coccidiosis, internal or external parasites, liver lobe torsion, or upper respiratory illnesses, are not covered under this guarantee.

To initiate a claim under the health guarantee, we require an email from a qualified exotic veterinarian (it must be an exotic veterinarian) detailing the genetic findings. Additionally, we will conduct follow-up confirmation by contacting the veterinarian’s office directly. It’s imperative to note that this guarantee does not entail refunds, inclusive of any associated shipping fees. However, we are committed to providing you with the opportunity to select a replacement bunny when you feel ready.

We believe this health guarantee underscores our dedication to the well-being of our rabbits and serves to enhance your confidence in our breeding practices.

You will receive a bag of one of the Oxbow Hay Treat varieties. You can not go wrong with anything Oxbow! Our bunnies love the apple & banana flavor most!  

 We will be sending a bag of pellets along to go home. This is to help your new bunny transition to whatever feed choice you decide to go with. Start with a 75%/25% mix and gradually transition to your new feed throughout the first week. Feed plenty of hay throughout this process.

 All of our customers will receive a 15oz bag of premium 2nd cutting timothy hay from our friends over at Oxbow. For more information about hay and the different types your bunny can eat, take a look at our care sheet or Rabbit Care page for more information!

All of these items will come in a high quality reusable canvas tote bag made by us! Use it for your bunny items or take it to the grocery store and shop! A little gift from us to you.

Within a few days of reserving your new baby, you will receive an email from us with an extensive care sheet that includes a ton of important information and recommendations. You will receive a hard copy at the time of pickup as well.

All of our babies will come with a birth certificate with the name of your choice. Please let us know the name you would like within a week of pickup. If you purchase a pedigree, you will not receive this unless you request one.

You will receive a foraging toy to promote enrichment and important stimulation for your new bunny. This could be a snuffle mat, interactive treat/pellet ball, or a small animal puzzle.

 You will receive a sample of our artisanal handcrafted oat or hay based bonding treats. They come in various shapes such as stars, hearts, bears, and themed holiday shapes! These are fantastic for bonding with your bunny! They are also great for name recall training. Need more? No problem – we also sell these in our Boutique Store as well! 

A small warm blanket for your new buns enclosure. Also very useful during trips and car rides

A favorite chewing material for most bunnies, these seagrass tunnels are huge with our own! We love to stuff these tunnels with their favorite hay, treats, & forage

Our babies and nursing mamas receive 1-2 teaspoons a day of whole old fashioned oats. These contain a lot of fiber for digestion and they love them! Hand feed or top on pellets.
